Mike started his nursing career in 2008 — first as a CNA, then an RN, and eventually in the emergency room. What he saw there shaped everything that came after: patients pushed through fifteen-minute windows, surprise bills after scary nights, and a system that punishes providers for spending time.

Born and raised in Idaho, Mike grew up with a strong sense of family and community. Mike's life has been defined by his dedication to serving others, from washing dishes to building homes, coaching gymnastics, and ultimately finding his calling in healthcare. Beginning his nursing career in 2008, he advanced from CNA to RN to FNP-C, gaining invaluable experience along the way.
Much of Mike's nursing career was spent in the Emergency Department, where he honed his skills, knowledge, and experience under the mentorship of outstanding physicians. During his time in the ER, he witnessed the shortcomings of the current healthcare system, inspiring him to seek solutions that empower providers to truly prioritize patient-centered care.
Motivated to better serve this community, he returned to school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner with the intention of opening this clinic. During his time back in school, Mike was introduced to the DPC model of healthcare. Its emphasis on personalized, preventive care deeply resonated with his own philosophy of healthcare — prioritizing long-term well-being over temporary fixes.
Mike graduated from Walden University, earning both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees with honors. He completed extensive training in Adult Care, Pediatric Care, Reproductive Care, Family Care, and Functional Health. He trained alongside independent practitioners known for their excellence in patient care, satisfaction, and outcomes.
With his education, years of hands-on experience, and dedication to patient-centered care, Mike is poised to lead this clinic with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to transforming healthcare in his community.
